Britton’s approach to banking doesn’t start with loans or other banking products, but with customer service. To him, the products offered are a result of getting to know your customers, listening to their needs, then providing solutions to meet those needs.
Customer service is what drew Britton to Farmers & Merchants Bank. He knew about the wide variety of products they offered, but what really impressed him was how they approached each and every case.
It doesn’t hurt that he’s part of a fun, supportive team that works together to deliver a great experience. But that experience isn’t exclusive to inside the bank. Britton enjoys getting involved in events outside the bank that celebrate the community.
Having a sense of belonging is important to Britton. He’s involved with his church and gives back any way he can. His combination of banking smarts and compassion allow him to do the very best job possible.
When Britton isn’t working, you can find him on the golf course. He finds it to be the perfect sport for getting out, enjoying the weather and recharging. Although he doesn’t claim to be a pro, he’s made his fair share of birdies.
