Customer Service, From The Beginning.
When you walk in or out the door of the Farmers & Merchants Bank in Milford, Kirsten Schmidt is there with a smile to make sure all your questions are answered and all your needs are met––above and beyond expectations. In fact, customer satisfaction is not just her job, you could say it’s her life philosophy.
Kirsten’s training from the start was rigorous, considering she worked at her parents’ hardware store and her aunt’s insurance company. They taught her right. Her work experience also included positions in customer service and accounting at Hy-Vee. Top that off with an associates degree in Business Administration, and you have the perfect team member to provide excellent customer service.
Serving in the Community.
Kirsten gets out to meet customers and members of the community where they learn, play and pray. For instance, she has helped out at Vacation Bible School at her church, and she attends lots of events hosted by the Bank, such as Trunk or Treat in the fall, and the free Lunch-ins for Classic Club customers. She’s also excited to see local businesses on the Bank’s Facebook and LinkedIn pages, because it helps give them the recognition they deserve.
In Kirsten’s spare time, she likes to go on road trips, visit her parents’ campground at Lake of the Ozarks, and do anything outdoors.
