Once you register for Verified by VISA®, you can use it automatically. Whenever you shop at a Verified by VISA® participating online merchant, just follow these steps during checkout:

  1. Use your Visa® debit card to make a purchase
  2. Enter your account details
  3. When prompted, enter the Verified by VISA® password you set when registering
  4. Complete your purchase, and you’re all set to enjoy secure transactions with a breeze!

 

3. FraudWatch PLUS: Your 24/7 Watchdog

Complimentary FraudWatch® PLUS watches over your Farmers & Merchants Bank debit card. Their trained analysts are on the lookout for suspicious transaction activity—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

When the FraudWatch® PLUS team sees anything suspicious, they’ll contact you immediately to verify the authenticity of your card transactions. A call from Fraud Prevention Services alerts you to anything unusual, and it lets you know someone always has your back.

(Tip: Always make sure we have your current phone number to reach you if any suspicious activity is recognized on your account)

Planning an international trip or stepping outside your normal geographic area? Contact us beforehand, and we’ll ensure your card is working for you while you travel.

Note: Fraud Prevention Services will NEVER ask for the following information:

  • Your full card number
  • The expiration date on your card
  • Your card’s PIN
  • The CVC code on the back of your card
  • Your full Social Security Number

For lost or stolen debit cards outside of normal business hours, call 1-800-264-5578. During normal business hours, contact your local branch.
