Randy Rhoads received his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Fort Hays University, then spent 14 years in ag production, 18 years in the grain industry as a merchandiser and operations manager, and 6 years in ag equipment sales before specializing in Ag Loans at Farmers & Merchants Bank. His background makes him a sought-after expert, as he’s well aware of the pitfalls producers can fall into as they make decisions on purchases. Randy also serves his community by working in the church and assisting veterans. His philosophy in life is to work hard and be professional, courteous, kind and honest to everyone.
