Scott Boyles – Chief Lending Officer

A Growing Season.

Scott has dedicated his career and his life to cultivating the success of the farmers around him. With a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy and a Master’s of Science in Agricultural Economics, you can tell it’s his calling. His love of the germination process for both seeds and ideas started at a young age on his family’s farm. In high school and college, he put his knowledge to work as a crop consultant for local farmers.

With a skill for Agricultural Lending, Scott assists farmers achieve their goals. His background makes him the perfect person for understanding the business from all sides. He’s been there, has firsthand experience in the peaks and valleys of farm life, and has the dirt under the fingernails and work ethic to prove it.

But fields and aspirations aren’t the only things Scott tills on a regular basis. He also knows the importance of investing in the community and helping it flourish. He loves to volunteer as much as he can. He’s an Educational Service Unit 9 Board Member, TeamMates board treasurer, TeamMates Mentor, Superior Chamber of Commerce President, Superior Youth Activities Association president and the list goes on and on. With everything that he’s doing inside and outside the bank, it makes you wonder if he actually sleeps.

From Field to Field.

Even with his hectic schedule, Scott still finds time to work on the family farm with his dad and uncles and coach his two boys’ sports teams. He also likes to go fishing and hunting with his sons. The great outdoors is always calling him and he can’t help but answer.
