Stephanie is a Compliance Officer at Farmers & Merchants Bank who dedicates herself to new opportunities for learning and growth in her role. She thrives in an environment where teamwork is at the core, knowing that whenever she has a question or faces a challenge, someone is always ready to lend a hand and work through it together.

Her approach to work is simple and impactful: people come first. Whether it’s her colleagues or customers, Stephanie believes that taking care of others is the foundation for everything else to fall into place—and it’s one of the many reasons we’re glad she’s part of the FMB team.

Making a Splash.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys balancing family time with fun activities. As a mom of two, she’s always on the go, whether it’s cheering for her daughters at speech tournaments or attending their track meets. When she’s not running around, Stephanie loves unwinding at the pool or lake and spending time with her family’s energetic one-year-old puppy.

Stephanie’s love for water goes way back—she was a synchronized swimmer in high school and college and even helped start a team at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She says the scent of chlorine still brings back fond memories!
