Four years ago, fresh from earning her Management and Entrepreneurship degree at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, she stepped into her first banking job and discovered a calling. Devyn thrives on the human side of finance, whether it’s greeting customers by name, asking about their kids’ big game, or finding real solutions when challenges pop up.

What drives her is the teamwork behind the scenes. Whether she’s troubleshooting mobile deposits—her specialty—or bringing colleagues together to solve a tough problem, Devyn sees every question as a chance to learn together. Devyn’s commitment doesn’t stop at FMB’s doors. As a TeamMates mentor, she invests in local students, believing that encouragement today shapes opportunity tomorrow. She’s also a regular at community events, drawn to the energy of people coming together for one another.

Outside the bustle of the bank, Devyn finds joy in the little things: a new pair of shoes (she says she happily owns an entire collection), spontaneous shopping trips, and the quiet thrill of knowing she’s never broken a bone. She’ll even laugh about her irrational fear of car washes—a small reminder that courage isn’t about being completely fearless but about moving forward anyway.
