As Internal Auditor at Farmers & Merchants Bank, Katie Kjolhede brings over five years of experience and a genuine passion for helping others to her role. With a background in customer service and a curiosity for how everything works behind the scenes, Katie enjoys the variety her job offers and the chance to keep learning every day.

What she values most about FMB is the people—the team’s mix of perspectives and experiences, and the care shown to every customer. Whether she’s meeting a deadline or jumping in to help a colleague, Katie always has the big picture in mind: making sure the bank continues to serve the community with integrity.

Outside of work, Katie loves being outdoors with her kids—camping, fishing, going to sporting events, and making memories together. Ironically, even though she enjoys the lake life, she’s actually afraid of water (but that doesn’t stop her from soaking up the fun).

She believes in being kind, helping where she can, and staying connected to the community she calls home. For Katie, it’s all about showing up—for her team, her family, and her neighbors.
